An introduction to some of the many artists who will be appearing at the Festival International de Musique Actuelle in Victoriaville between May 20 and May 23.
We’ll also play a sample of one group and two artist appearing shortly in Ottawa; Hugh O’Connor, whose CD release party takes place at the National Arts Centre Fourth Stage on May 3, the group Sultans of String who will appear at Café Paradiso on May 6 & tenor saxophonist Kirk MacDonald who’s at Café Paradiso on May 8 with Roddy Ellias.
