R O Y A L O T T A W A The band’s first incarnation took shape in Dublin in 1981, instigated by Philip Hogarth, who was in Ireland to study theatre. Instead, he met a couple of Irish lads and formed Agent Orange. Back in Ottawa the following year, the Irish musicians joined him, they found a drummer, D’Arcy Walsh, and founded Bugs Harvey Oswald.
