Hour 1, 7-8 a.m.
Stephen Schijns created The Sixties on CKCU in 1983 (after a couple of years doing "The Good, The Bad, and The Sixties" at CFRC in 1980-82). When he left Ottawa in '85, Roch Pariesan, Ian McLeish, and Chris Lyne took the show on, and later on Dave Sampson did a great job with it for nearly three decades. He's just posted 70 of his Sixties CKCU programs on his website: https://schijnsmusic.com/sixties-music/the-sixties/ |
