Hélène Campbell, who is Canada's first double lung transplant recipient joins me to tell us how she's doing with her second pair of lungs... yes, she has had two surgeries to replace both lungs. Now she calls herself a "double double" and the photo on today's playlist shows Helene enjoying time outside with her favourite buddy Théo.
JW Jones joins me in hour 2.5 to fill us in on HoRoJo Trio's debut album kickstarter, and we finish off with a feature on "Charcoal Boys" a new eatery set to open their doors in Orleans.
