Yes I wasn't listening at the time but listening now. Section 25 is the band name and they have been around for many years and used to be on Factory Records - this 8s inte ot their more recent albums.

The other song you played was on Ochre Records as you mentioned & they were a cool label out of the UK that released a lot of electronic, experimental and instrumental music as well as releasing some stuff by Skyray who were a favorite band of mine featuring Paul Simpson who also plays in The Wild Swans.
