This week, we're joined by sisters Anita and Liv Cazzola (aka The Lifers) as they discuss their newest indie folk/pop album "Honesty," which was released earlier this month.
After taking a break from making music together, they're back with a brand new sound and powerful lyricism, with songs tackling themes of sexual assault, intergenerational trauma, and healing. Tune in to hear why they began to work on the album together after a long hiatus, how they use songwriting as a form of healing, and how much their sound has changed since they last recorded music in 2019.
