Eminem said in his song, "Sorry, Mom, I didn't mean to hurt you; I didn't mean to make you cry, but tonight I'm cleaning out my closet." IN this episode, we talked about her experience with death by disassociation and how that shaped her into doing deep healing from the inside out. We also talked about trauma bonding and how to heal from that via a movie I brought up. Also, sometimes, even if it's scary, we have to visit the skeletons that are in our closet to begin the healing process.
