IN this episode, just like the title suggests we talked about her book about poetry which is a memoire about her trying to find herself to knowing who she is. And that falls into the next part of the episode which is education, since she was teacher we touched on my award-winning book and how schools don't really allow us to focus on ourselves. And that takes us into the last part which is yoga and how that helps us navigate our emotions and allows us to watch them as they pass.
