Where'd You Go, Bernadette and Netflix Original Films

This week, Josh M. saw Where'd You Go, Bernadette (2019), the new film by Richard Linklater. He rambles and muses about its strange narrative choices, mudslides, and low-key great Billy Crudup arc. The other segment is a digression into the ups and downs of several Netflix Original Films, and the platform's tendency to program what Josh M. dubs "Uninspiredcore". Of 2019's crop, The Red Sea Diving Resort (2019) and The Perfection (2019) don't come out looking so hot. But Josh B. had a better time with Rocko's Modern Life: Static Cling (2019).
