('Cheers for the Memories' is the title of Toronto duo DVSN's new project, we're not ending our show!)
Bluesfest and City Folk have been staples of Ottawa's music festival season. The COVID-19 pandemic has unfortunately taken a hit on Ottawa's arts and culture industry, amongst virtually all other industries as well. This week, Reina and Dylan discuss their favourite memories from previously attending Bluesfest and Cityfolk.
In the second segment- Dylan discusses being at Toronto's Yorkdale Mall this past Sunday when a shooting occurred. Thankfully no patrons sustained major injuries, but the mall was put on lockdown for several hours.
This week's playlist takes more of a folk/indie vibe! We have tracks from BC's Sam Lynch, Ottawa's Kristine St-Pierre, and Cape Breton's Carleton Stone!
