March is Women's History Month in many countries around the world. Sadly in Canada it falls in October :(, but we still thought it was a wonderful opportunity to talk about women and the wonderful ways in which they help build community.
In Ottawa's music community, part of that building comes from Girls+ Rock Ottawa. Today we'll dive down the Rabbit hole to chat with Ottawa's own Amanda Lowe who works as the Program Coordinator for Girls+ Rock. We'll find out about rock camp, where the + comes from and how Ottawa can take steps toward becoming a safer and more inclusive space for all performers.
