Good afternoon on today’s show - we call Punky Reggae party - taken from the Bob Marley song from 1977. There has always been a strong link between Punk bands and Reggae music….from the early days of the Roxy in London….where young Rasta Don Letts would play reggae music in between sets of the bands in the burgeoning punk scene………to the Clash who would go on to record a cover of Junior Murvin’s Police and Thieves
