Berlianle Lo-Fi Vibes – European Shooting Stars, Directors & Samm Deighan
While the Movie Mystic is not returning to Berlin this year there is loads of fun Berlinale coverage in this broadcast! The European Shooting Stars program is in conjunction with the Berlinale and it highlights many young actors former actors in the program are Daniel Craig, Carey Mulligan & Rachel Weisz. The program starts with 5 of this years actors: Gustav Lindh from Sweden, Natasha Stork from Hungary, Martijn Lakemeier from the Netherlands, Fionn O'Shea from Ireland and Sara Klimoska from Macedonia. Further Berlinale coverage includes a review of French movie 'The World After Us,' and an interview with Greek Director Jacqueline Lentzou whose movie 'Moon, 66 Questions,' is in the festival. More Slamdance Film Festival coverage continues with an interview Darragh Carey who co-directed a movie in the festival called 'A Brixton Tale.' Finally, Samm Deighan returns to the show to chat about her upcoming book 'The Legacy of World War II in European Arthouse Cinema.' There are some tracks but this broadcast is jammed with interviews! Also: the Zombi 'series,' from Italy gets reviewed.
