Berlinale Vibes - Interviews with creators of mood driven movies at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival
The Berlin International Film Festival aka the Berlinale has wrapped up so now Mystic & Severe's coverage begins. This broadcast focuses on more tonally driven than plot driven movies with interviews starting with Sturla Brandth Grøvlen who did the cinematography for 'Last And First Men,' which was the first and final directorial effort by the deceased Jóhann Jóhannsson. Jóhann's music interweaves through the entire broadcast which also includes interviews with 'Orphea,' actress Lilith Stangenberg, 'Encounters,' Director Camilo Restrepo as well as Directors of 'The American Sector,' Courtney Stephens & Pacho Velez. Interweaving like the music will be the reviews of the new Takashi Miike Blu Ray for 'First Love,' then Berlinale films 'Days,' 'Gunda,' 'Time to Hunt,' 'Funny Face,' 'The Two Sights,' & 'Siberia.'
