Nice to hear the Basie big band in the 70s. Flute being your favorite instrument ?

Yes, 70s Count Basie Orchestra still swinging robert! Keen listener re: the flute. Not sure if it's my top favourite but certainly up there and in the top 3 or 4 fave wind instruments for sure.

Fun groovy tunes ! Thanks ! Would Jaws be credited to Lalo Schifrin ? Paranoia on the rampage !

We're going to need a bigger disco ball robert. Jaws is credited to J. Williams but Lalo certainly doing his part!

The disco ball is casting its silvery beams with the help of the JBs. Cool selections ! Never obvious ! Thanks again.

hey t_al_z, quite possible! I've played the 7" version that is credited to Andrienne Ste-Claire and might be slightly different. There is also an english version by Patti Labelle but not as disco break/drum heavy. thanks for tuning in. Check out t_al_z's guesting on Heavy Friends this past weekend! https://cod.ckcufm.com/programs/410/52449.html
