Yes, Ray's pre Condo life. I will correct myself here in the chat as I erroneously mentioned on-air that Ray played guitar in the Secret V's. It certainly was the bass! Thanks for your musical knowledge robert.

Human Error #2 for me during this show. Thanks Ben. It was indeed a slip, but i wouldn't go as far as Freudian! I found this copy of the LP at a [Howard's?] Pawn Shop about 20years ago. I did not know the Sun Ra and Blues Project connection at the time but did think Dan & Dale was a cover for Dick Dale considering all the fuzzed out surf guitar. I guess that false association has stuck in my head after all these years!
