interesting as always. thanks! I eat on 24$ a week...but understand why for others not realistic....I was welfare wkr in TO for yrs. Guaranteed Annual Income best answer! Hell. We own our own Bank of Canada! Highest level of power & $$$ level to lobby. Cities can't fix it. IMO & experience. Power to the People! We hang together...or hang alone... sorry for the rant!;-)
