Get curious about what follows the funding drive!

Funding drive 2016 is (officially) over, but CKCU is still taking your pledges! So if you want to continue to #supportCKCU, you can do so by visiting this link: bit.ly/weloveCKCU Any little bit helps as we slowly reach our goal of $135,000! On today's show, we get curious about the overall experience of the funding drive and reflect on what made it FUNd this year! Also: hear the remaining selection of CKCU sounds (as shared by CKCU volunteers) as well as tracks from our acquaintances who attended the wonderful Indie City Madness fundraiser gig at Café Nostalgica last Saturday.

Thank you Eric for playing one of my favourite songs of all time, God Only Knows with Kate Miner's cover of the famous Beach Boys tune. This comes from a really excellent CD called Making God Smile. I have the rare double CD version and we play this album from time to time on Over my Head, 8 am every Sunday for 25 years, songs sung by Christian artists.
