Anna Själv Tredje released one album on the Silence label in 1977. Unlike many of the classics on that label, this one has never been reissued on CD and seems destined not to be. It is a great cosmic excursion marrying earlier Swedish psych sounds with progressive electronic and avant-garde elements.
The only other recording by these guys that I am aware of is a single from the Ton Kraft 1977-1978 compilation, which is included here.
We close the show with Twice a Man, a synth pop group involving one of the band members who have a lengthy discography beginning in the early 80s. This album, their second, came out in 1983. It might be synth pop but it's still pretty damn weird.
You can hear a definite Terry Riley influence in the second track... |

The final track gets more into a Swedish psych mode, kind of a Kebnekajse thing... at least to me. |
