Yoga for people who are blind/low vision
Yoga is beneficial on so many levels and for so many people, including those who are blind or have low vision. The WTMW team presents an interview with Linda Nesrallah who teaches a yoga class for blind/vision-impaired participants. Tune in to hear the discussion as well as some nice, calming music. Parastou will also be along with an interesting pick.
