WAVE program keeps driveways and walkways clear and creats employment opportunities

Let it snow, let it snow! Anita Stapert from Dovercourt's WAVE (Work and Volunteer Experience) program will tell us about how an innovative program has helped people with disabilities find work and keep neighbours' driveways and walks cleared and salted. Parastou's Pick, Happy Birthday to Tulia and some nice Canadian music will complete the show. We would like to thank both Anita and Graham for being such a big part of our show, for more information about the WAVE Program, wave@dovercourt.org Call 613-798-8950 www.dovercourt.org

Hi All, How do you cope with snow in your driveway? We'd love to hear about some suggestions you may have for keeping driveways and walkways safe. It's Tulia's birthday today! Woof! Woof!

Thank YOU for being part of our show! Without a 'you' there would not be an 'us' and we are so happy to have had you as guests. I'd also like to thank today's cohosts Kim, Parastou and Lorne as I could barely 'croak' my way through the hour--thank you to all for such a wonderful program.
