I make sure our garage is stocked with a mixture of sand and an ice melter so that I have good traction. If I think I'm going to a place where it might be slippery, I put some of the mixture in a ziploc bag and pack it in my purse to sprinkle it when I get to the place.

Wow, what a treat to hear Lonnie's voice again! Great memories of swing dancing on the race course at the California International Relay last year, laughing hysterically at his stories and antics before the race! Fantastic music choices ladies - as always. Tulia, wear your booties! :)
