Cub Coda formed party band Brownsville Station in Ann Arbor Mich. in the late 60's while Frijid Pink formed in Detroit in '67 and covered the Animals hit to great success before petering out by 1975. |

Next up-Dick Wagner(guitar,vocals,songwriter,producer and bandleader) experienced early success with regionally popular Saginaw, Michigan based band The Bossmen in the mid 60's. Wagner formed The Frost in 1968,after 3 lp's he moved on to New York forming the hard rocking Ursa Major before being asked to join Lou Reed's '74 touring band.Reed fired the band and Alice Cooper hired them for the rest of the 70's,co-writing many songs with his bandleader Dick Wagner. |
