As luck would have it, it's here at the station, so you get to hear it in its' entirety, anyway!

| Now onto a strange pick from the record show - Spooky Tooth's 'Ceremony'. A strange mix of Blues Rock (with Christian lyrics) and Musique Concrète by the then hip Pierre Henry, who was made famous by his Messe pour le temps présent . "Ceremony" is subtitled "Electronic Mass", so it is obvious Island hoped to cash on a trend. But Henry added his noises on the finished album without even meeting the group, who was not very pleased by the result. Still, it's a very interesting experiment |
