Stranglers! Le Orme!

Starting with a 3-LP-feature of an old favourite of mine, and finishing with fine Italian Prog.
I've always loved the first 3 Stranglers' LPs... and today is the day to play a selection from each of them. No great record collection should be without them!

Finishing up with the usual album feature, this time from from a great Italian keyboard/bass/drums combo, Le Orme. The LP, a live record called 'In Concerto' from 1974. The album is unfairly underrated because of the poor recording quality, but I think that it is a stellar performance and the dense recording gives it a heavier, more immediate feeling.

Excellent Stranglers set Dave. Punishing bass sound indeed.
