The Passionate Friar

A fully classical music show today!
I was joined by Karl Brown who took us through 47 minutes of classical music, all of which he found in various dollar bins around Canada. Karl, in addition to his day job as a mechanical designer, teaches classical music appreciation workshops to the public, so even if you didn't know anything about classical music, he chose some wonderful short pieces to share and discussed a little about each to help you get into them. As the saying goes, "no experience necessary"! For those with a little more classical music under their belts, he chose some tracks that are a little off the beaten track rather than rehashing stuff you've probably heard a million times before so, no matter your level of exposure to the classical genre, hopefully this special edition of the show had something for everyone!
