Wow, I was going to head out but after seeing this playlist I am glued to the radio. Fantastic! I do not know this McBride album but enjoy his playing as bandleader and as collaborator.

JUST HOLY WOW!!!!! This is *amazing* Bill. Especially love the mix of sharp-pointed spoken word with killer band. And, so timely too. Christian McBride shall be acquired. Happy homework on me. (oh, but not until after the show of course! ;^) BTW, Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. "I Have A Dream" speech will be played in full this coming Weds 19 12:00 on Loosely Connected takeover. Certainly one of the most powerful rights orations, ever.
