Todays featured artists are Kenny Dorham and Lee Morgan - two bop trumpeters who played and recorded prolifically. Kenny Dorham is considered one of bop's underrated masters, who influenced many other musicians. Lee Morgan's life/career ended prematurely due to domestic violence. Both passed away in 1972.
