From Vancouver to Toronto and back. We begin today’s program with a set of music from a brand new release by Vancouver’s Cory Weeds with the Harold Mabern Trio. That will be followed by music from a 2012 release named for the co-leaders of the Toronto based group – Dave Young/Terry Promane Octet. The program will return to Vancouver with tunes from a 1978 recording at the Bayside Room with Frank Rosolino and Carl Fontana.
