i wonder how many variations of 'In C' (and/or 'In D') are out there in the wild. i'm sure the informal groove-outs, never recorded, or even written down, sessions would wiiiiiiildy out number the "official" recordings. Like by many orders of magnitude. It is definitely a "Genie Got Out Of The Bottle" moment.
