Greetings, people of the Earth. This show was, of course, pre-recorded. However, I'm around here in case you need me.

For a good listen, do try out Cities And Memory / 'Sounding Nature - the recordings' (raw field recordings) and companion 'Sounding Nature - reimagined sounds' (remixes, dubs etc).

Hey PB! You played some pretty cool stuff from that Cities and Memory project on the show before. I'll have to go check it out.

Yup, nice little set here. Right now what's on is the David Parsons, but the thing leading into it was the Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, and prior to the the lilting hypnotic thing was Mike Cooper's Fratello Mare. I mixed 'em all together nice so it'd take you on one steady trip.

WOW! This Wolfgang Dauner "Raga" piece is amazing! So lush. Not a name I know -- clearly my bad.

Ooooh, PB; we're just gettin' started with how amazingly wonderfully strange Raga gets. Dauner's awesome. German keyboard player. What you want are the 70s albums like this one Et Cetera, but also Knirsh and Kunstkopfindiander. I think there was also a good live album from back then. Anyway, I've played all of that on the show before, but it's been a while. Highly recommended!

Oh yeah, Wolfgang Dauner's Etcetera Live from 1973 is the one I was thinking of.

Also Rischkas Soul from 1971. Geeze, you know, maybe I ought to put together a little Dauner feature on some upcoming show. Some of these records aren't so easy to find, even in our everything everywhere 21st century online world.

Even though the chaos is growing, it remains somehow "lush".... Tx for a great concept program today!
