Thanks Val! Yeah, amazing stuff indeed. Brooklyn Raga Massive is basically a collective of like-minded indo-fusion oriented musicians. Definitely check out their rendition of Terry Riley's 'In C', as well as Womens Raga Massive. (Both have been played right here lots -- hit up the CKCU site's Search function.) GO: Organic Orchestra. I am less familiar with, but also basically a fluid collective of improvisational musicians, directed by Adam Rudolpf. Add collectives, and stir. ;^)
