Yo M-Pan; what's that on right now? With the wild trumpet and mad yodelling? Masakela, sure, but what track?

Hey RobBBBB! Good on you for listening here - you obviously have exquisite musical taste. Ha ha. The track is Sala le mane off the Reconstruction Jazz album. Great stuff indeed!

While I obviously mourn Hugh Masakela's moving on to some different dimension, I am also VERY warmed to be hearing the outpouring of celebrations of his musical and political life. On this show, and several others on CKCU. Especially appropriate in Black History Month. This sorta thing is what community radio is for. Thank you.
