Hi PeterB, Jazz Fest 2015 was fantabulous! Really enjoyed all the music, epecially Snarky Puppy, Ikebe Shakedown, Ranee Lee, War, Tri Def and Tower of Power to name but a few. Big kudos to John Cvetan and the OJF Volunteer Crew--I'll be volunteering again for sure. Lots of like-minded music enthusiasts and, one more thing not related to music--deep fried Oreos! Sinfully good!!!

Hi All, This is a great story of Ondar the groovin' Tuvan...... Vincent, if you are still tuned in--question for you--wasn't that the same kind of throat singing that Paul Pena does? Sounds familiar.

Hi again S.A.M. Don't know if you are still following along, but... It seems like Paul Pena would be same style. In fact, a collaborator with the very same Kongar-ol Ondar (Genghis Blues)! I have not had a chance to dig out any of the music yet, but will. Likely suspect for a future TIE show.
