Newly assimilated This Island Earth Collective member PeterB hosts, and planet wide theme wandering randomness ensues.
Today's adventure starts with an exciting new release from Warren Cuccurullo and Ustad Sultan Khan. Just WOW! Then winds its way slowly west following the Gypsy migration, well, very vaguely at best. Ending up in San Francisco Bay area, among other places. Plenty of fusions and confusions. And, dubious transitions. Fasten your seatbelts -- turbulence ahead!

| First, featuring a brand spankin' new release of material from Ustad Sultan Khan and Warren Cuccurullo - The Master. Based on a "long lost" recording from a semi-spontanious two day session in 1998. It is FANTASTIC, top to bottom!
Khan was arguably the most gifted Sarangi player of modern times (died 2011 at age 71). Cuccurullo is likely best know for his guitar and composing work with Duran Duran in the 80s and 90s, and Frank Zappa in the 70s.
