We begin with the world music nominees for the 26th ARIA (Australian Recorded Music Association) Awards. The ceremony happened this past November and the prize was awarded to oud player Joseph Tawadros for his album Concerto of the Great Sea. Of course, this was the one album I couldn't lay my hands on.
