Remarkable song "Space girl" — same themes as one finds in traditional music such as songs about a wife running off with a gypsy, but ramped up for exploring universe not just local area…

Song was actually written by Ewan MacColl & Peggy Seeger, and released in 1971 according to this site (lyrics incl.): <https://mainlynorfolk.info/shirley.collins/songs/spacegirl.html> Space adventure and romance with a Celtic flair — is there more?

What fun. A whole new verse from the Space Girl sung by a different interpreter! Thanks for finding that. She did reverse the planets at one point; it's Venus that's too hot (if one wants to be technical) but the song is still lots of fun whether science is accurate or not.
