It is with profound sadness we inform you that Mr.Ved Mohan, co-host of Aap Ki Farmaish's Satrangi segment (aired on the last Tuesday of month) passed away on Sunday, October 5th after fighting the battle with cancer for a year. I, on behalf of Indian community and An Indian Morning, salute to this great soul, who gave many years of his life for the Indian community. What lies behind us and before us is tiny matter compared to what lies within us. Ved Mohanji who passed on Sunday, October 5th, greeted everyone with a smile and respect. He was a man who was kind and generous. He loved all with such joy and pride that it lit up his face every time he met people at parties, gatherings and at this Radio Station. Ved Mohanji will remain the pillar of strength for the East Indian Community at large, and his commitment and service to the community is irreplaceable. May his soul rest in peace and grant his family courage and strength during this difficult time. ईश्वर उनकी दिवगंत आत्मा को शांति प्रदान करे और उनके परिवार को क्षमता दे इस कठ़िन समय पर। haidRk AiwnNdn Aap sbka, xuik/ya, 2Nyvad AaEr Thank you [s p/aegam kae sunne ke il0| 'An Indian Morning' के सभी श्रोता को किशोर संपट का प्यार भरा नमस्कार! सदी का महानायक कहें या शहंशाह, एंथानी गोन्सालविस या फिर बिग बी कुछ भी कहिये, लेकिन एक ही चेहरा और एक ही आवाज दिखाई-सुनाई देती है और वो नाम है अमिताभ बच्चन का. कहते है कि कोइ-कोइ विरले ही होते है जो इतना मान तथा सम्मान पाते हैं, अमिताभ बच्चन उन्हीं विरलों में से एक हैं जिन्होंने हिन्दी सिनेमा के इतिहास में सुनहरे अक्षरों में अपना नाम अंकित किया है. प्रसिद्ध कवि हरिवंश राय बच्चन के पुत्र अमिताभ ने अपने नाम को सही मायनों में चरित्रार्थ किया है. अमिताभ ने फिल्म जगत में जब कदम रखा था तो कभी सोचा भी न होगा कि उनका ये सफर इतना लम्बा, यादगार तथा कभी खत्म ना होने वाला सफर होगा. 11 अक्तुबर को अमिताभ जी का 72 वा जन्मदिन था। आज हम आपके लिये उनके इस यादगार सफर के कुछ जाने-अनजाने पहलू लेकर आये है उम्मींद है आपको ये लम्हे पसंद आयेंगे. तो चलिये हम ले चलते है आपको अमिताभ बच्चन के साथ यादों के सफर पर ........... चटपटे गाने, चटखरेदार बातें...बकौल तब्बसुम...।
