The Wavelength
Monday May 23rd, 2022 with Joe Reilly
Hour 1 features and interview with Olafur Arnalds and Hour 2 is a mixed bag of tunes.

In hour 1, we feature an interview with Icelandic composer/musician Ólafur Arnalds. We play music from across his career and talk about how he has come to the forefront of artists creating beautiful music that is a mix of classical, post-classical, ambient, electronic and post-rock... although it truly does defy categorization. He will be in town to perform at the Algonquin Commons Theatre on Monday, May 30. For ticket information check out this link: https://www.ticketmaster.ca/event/31005ADEE5E61E68?CAMEFROM=CFC_SSONIC_TW In hour 2 we play a wide variety of music including fresh releases from Busty and the Bass, Shad, Pierre Kwenders, Fontaines D.C. and Pink Mountaintops. Enjoy and thanks for listening.
