Curious and Kind: A conversation with Danielle Gregoire.

This morning we'll chat with Danielle Gregoire about Curious and Kind, and the first in a series of monthly showcases taking place at the Almonte Town Hall. These evenings will feature folks trying new things, emerging performance artists and brilliant performers who’ve been at it awhile. Anything from improv to stand-up comedy, storytelling and music, authors, poets, and things that can’t quite be categorized. The Monday, November 8th showcase features a tribute to spoken word poet Inez Dekker, music by Amanda Lowe W., clowning by b!WILDer, author Suzanne Evans reading from her award-winning book A Taste of Longing. The Almonte Old Town Hall is located at 14 Bridge Street. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7pm. Tickets are $20, but no one will be turned away due to lack of funds. The monies go toward paying for the venue and performers, and creating affordable programming at our smaller space at 98 Mill Street in Almonte. Proof of vaccination required.
