Sometimes those very nervy times can be the best. Not the same, but I saw Joel Plaskett & The Emergency at Barrymore's years ago, and it was A GREAT SHOW. They were on fire. Turns out that Joel and another (forget whether the bass or the drums) had been sick as dogs with something, the days before, and were weak but played regardless. It. Was. Epic.
