Ya, she was unique. I caught her live maybe 4 times, often on small stages. Breathtaking artist. I'm not much given to being maudlin' when people die, but in her case, I just couldn't be philosophical about it at all. Track 5 of the Barr Bros' self-titled album, Cloud, is subtitled (For Lhasa)
