Songs from Kevin Ayers (1944-2013). Seminal figure in England's "Canterbury Scene" in Wilde Flowers, Soft Machine for their first LP, then a solo career -- most prolific and memorable in the early 70s -- through to the early 90s, with one final (surprisingly very good) album in 2007. More interesting information, etc., can be found in some of the better obituaries published this past week(The Telegraph, NY Times, the Guardian, the Independent, Rolling Stone, the London Times).
