Nanaimo-based singer-songwriter Tony Turner joins Chris White to co-host the show and perform some songs. They talk with The Marrieds (Jane and Kevin) who are coming in from London, Ontario) to perform at Few Acres Farm in Russell this evening (Saturday) -- and we'll talk with Catherine who books the concerts at the farm. Gord Garner visits the studio to talk about the Sat. May 5th "Learn Laugh Listen" fundraiser at Bronson Centre for Recovery Day Ottawa. Gil's Hootenanny organizer Tamara Levine talks about the May 1st sing-along event at the RA Centre that will feature Eve Goldberg and others. Angus Burger and the Fiddlin' Fries and James Stephens drop by to chat and perform -- they play the Black Sheep in Wakefield on Sunday, April 29 at 4 pm on a bill with Kate Weekes. Campbell Woods is also in the studio to chat and perform. He plays "Tunes After Noon" at the Black Irish Pub this afternoon, and will open for Lynn Miles at the Grassroots Festival this evening.
