Saturday Morning
Saturday May 28th, 2022 with Pat Moore
Music...and more music. Happy Saturday!

Howdy folks. Lots of music today from Kellylee Evans to the Judds, and so much in-between. I came across a tribute album to Blind Willie Johnson and I want to share a few tracks with you - the problem is always, which ones to choose from among these amazing interpretations! The album, called God Don't Never Change: The Songs Of Blind Willie Johnson is an eleven-track album featuring inspired interpretations of the iconic slide guitarist/vocalist's most seminal material. Also a quick look in the 3rd hour at "Songs from a Drunken Piano", a show in Chelsea coming up that features the music of Tom Waits.
