Hi. I'm sure that i will like DJ Harvey and the Tune Up recording. I checked online to find out who these people are. Your selections are very cool but not familiar. Which is nice. In the past (90s) you connec- ted me back with music. Through house, you con- nected me back to disco. I was 17 in 1975 and used to sneak in to Disco Viva and other discos. Had been going to dances since 1972. It was good music. But later on, it became too flashy. The mood had chan- ged and i started to listen to pop jazz, then bonafide jazz. In 1980, if that's possible, i heard about Zinc. It was downstairs, right ? I walked by but didn't go in. Was living and going to uni in Montreal. Wasn't really in tune with the good stuff. Didn't hear about hip hop until 1989. I ran into a wall in 1992, came back to the region and eventually found CKCU-FM and CHUO-FM. CBC late night. I have been hanging on since then. Thanks.

Since 1995, i also listened religiously to the programs Black and Blues, The Groove. Many others. There was The Latin Train on CHUO that was pretty cool. A discovery. Thank you campus radio.
