* Amber Westfall is a herbalist who leads plant walks, gives talks and teaches courses for adults and children through the International Academy Health Education Centre. She stewards a 1/4 acre of land as part of Just Food’s Start-up Farm Program. Website: www.thewildgarden.ca * Katrina Siks is the co-founder of Hidden Harvest, a social enterprise that harvests fruits and nuts from urban trees, sells trees that make sense for Ottawa’s future harvests, and influences public policy and awareness with regard to trees. Katrina coordinates media relations, volunteer training, the Plan(t) for Tomorrow program and social media activities.
