Sakura Saunders is helping to organize the People's Social Forum, a gathering of 10,000 people taking place in Ottawa from August 21 to 24 (www.peoplessocialforum.org). Rolf Klausener (The Acorn, Silkken Laumann) has updates on the Arboretum Festival and the need for a print-based Ottawa entertainment weekly.
