Incidentally, I think rice noodles are a crime. And I do like "rice", as if there weren't a myriad kinds. But rice noodles? They exist to make wheat noodles look good and chew well.

Nope, my genes make it that I like cilantro. Tastes cilantroish to me, not soapy. But truthfully, I probably best like a spaghettini with a hearty sauce -- maybe meat, maybe marinara -- and of course, lasagna is hard not to like. But for me, cold pasta is an offence.
