Hi Mike. Start with the basics. Unscrew the cartridge, clean the contacts both inside the neck of the tonearm and the pins on the cart. Even using the eraser head on a pencil works if you dont have any fancy sort of contact cleaner. Also make sure there is no lint stuck to the needle or that it is bent. Check the wires on the cartridges as well. That is where I would start.
